Space System EMI/EMC & Environmental Testing

General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) owns and operates America’s newest and most modern satellite manufacturing, integration and test facility. The 135,000 square foot facility, located in Gilbert, Arizona (Phoenix area), provides resources for all aspects of integration and test of satellites and space system components, including EMI/EMC, thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and acoustic testing.

We can accommodate test items with maximum dimensions to 57 feet in Structural Tests, and to 20 feet in TVAC and EMI/EMC.  High bay I&T can accommodate heights to 63 feet.

Our facility has been granted a Top Secret clearance by the Defense Security Service, with Test and other areas constructed to meet the Director of Central Intelligence Directive 6/9 standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements for Closed and Restricted areas.
